Ok place to live, if you don't have a car

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Far too many units to live in compared to parking spots. Expect to park next to a building with vacancies if you come home after 9pm, and forget about friends coming over.

Lots of maintenence requests and high utility bills, especially for a place so new. Lots of kids right now too.
