I personally have not had problems with the staff here so I'm neutral on that point.

Maintenance have come pretty promptly to my requests. However, they had to come again to fix the same problem a couple of times.

I have to agree that utilities are quite high. I have lived in many apartments and have never paid so much for electricity $100 every month and water over $75 this month. (I am in a 2br/2bth) I too thought that a newer complex would be more energy efficient but I was wrong about that! A/C runs constantly because my room won't cool properly and the rest of the apartment is fine. So even with the $100 electricity bill, my room is not a comfortable temperature.

Parking is terrible here. There is definitely not enough parking allocated for the residents, and I specifically asked about this point BEFORE I moved in and they assured me that I would not have parking problems.

Noise is a big problem also. I can hear my neighbors all the time, playing music and haven't domestic fights. I just graduated from college so I understand some noise, but they play music everyday, all hours of the night.

When my lease is up, I will likely move unless these issues are corrected.
