I like the staff, maintenace guy is wonderful, and I like my garage. For the price (I looked all over town too) this is a wonderful deal! I got a townhome with the amenities of an apartment complex; move-theater, pool, etc. I find that most of the complainers are first time renters, they'll grow up and realize that some problems are not really problems at all.

How the hell would you know one way or another that the reveiwers here are first time renters? You obviously are Liz or one of her chimps in the office.
