I am not leasing an apartment at Villas of Bristol Heights. I made an attempt yesterday morning to check that place out. I stopped by the leasing office at 10:00 am to found the doors unlocked. A few minutes later one of the tenants showed up ? still no staff insight. It turned out that the guy had a malfunctioning heat pump and was planning on addressing this problem with the office. The guy mentioned some other issues and the tendency of the staff to drag their asses. At 10:10 the office was still closed ? but I had heard enough to be convinced that I did not really want to move in there - So I hit on to the AMLI next door. Not only was their leasing office staffed ? I actually liked what I saw there.
