i can remember the first bad experience that i had this location. one of the orginal staff was rude. i thought maybe it was because she was preganant, but it was just her. she gone now and now there are new staff. they are not so better than the original staff. i have left several messages on their answer machine to call call me back. none of them was return. i haven't gotten a copy of my renew lease. the person who i signed with was to call back and let me know how much it would cost to get the carpet clean and did not. i had to call back and when i called back the person did not have the answer for me, she had to put me hold to get it. they are short staff.
when we frist moved in, we were given a check list to see what work and what not. we check that not all the doors shut probably and the matience man said that we were wrong and that they did. as of this day they don't shut probably. when it's cold or hot, some of the rooms do not get enough air or heat. we put in matience request, according to them, it's fixed. when the light blew out in the garage, one of the staff told my sister that is our responsibilty to change the blown light bulbs. there is much more what's wrong this location, but i have had enough. i won't be renewing my lease with them. if this is what luxury apartments about, then i am in the wrong place. think twice for you decide to live here. it is not worth the headaches you will get. my first apartment experience was great and that was with longspur apartments. they are not even luxury apartments. the staff was friendly and professional.
