The heating and cooling ability is unacceptable. The AC runs constantly in order to maintain above 80 degree temperatures. I think the cause is poor design of the ductwork and a lack of insulation -- and a very cheap thermostat that won't be replaced because it is allowed to be up to 6 degrees off.

Don't expect to have guests unless you plan to pick them up. There is no place for guests to park.

Don't expect maintenance requests to be complete in less than a week. You can expect requests to be ignored.

Don't expect a normal water bill. You'll get a bill that is not based on your individual usage.

Don't be fooled like I was.
