This place is terrible. Everything about it is bad. The management is rude and it's changed several times. Parking is bad - there are never any spots. Our air conditioner has broken several times as well as other maintenence requests that were never done or done very poorly. I actually can't believe some of the good ratings (there are a few) this place has received on this site - they seem false because people who actually live here know how bad this place is. We cannot wait to get out of here when our lease is up. The only thing good about this place is the way it looks - they do keep up with the lawn and the grounds (by running the sprinkers all day). But even that is starting to fade. On trash days or the nights before there is trash everywhere, sometimes floating off into the street areas. It's just bad. Please no one move here.

How true how true, I've been here since the apts. opened and that has been two years. Until this new management company took over it was a pretty nice place to live. Things have gone down hill from there. Is it any wonder they are having to give away 2 months free rent, just to get someone to move here.
