This IS a nice place to live. Renting is not without problems. You've got to question several of the reviews here. Some talk about the internet cafe -some talk about the movie theater. Either the reviewers need to get a life or those reviews are being written by the competition.

I've had only one minor problem with my unit since I moved in a year ago. The neighbor upstairs has a leak which leaked into my bathroom. I promptly reported it. That same day, the maintenance man checked into it and on a Sunday. I didn't bother having the minimal ceiling damage repaired until a bit later. When I did, they were on top of things. They even followed up later to make sure things where alright. Regarding the reports of a sex offender living here: that was apparently a mistaken letter which was send the the residents.

This is a nice place. I know we throw money away by renting. But if you can't live with it, live in a house.
