The Villas of Bristol Heights was wonderful for the first couple of years. They have now changed management and it is a very unpleasant place to be. No parking, garbage everywhere, gate always broken, air conditioner going out, getting someone else's water bills. There's too many good places in Austin to live and not have to settle for this place. They need to get their act together to bring residents in. Giving away free rent usually clues in people that they can't get anyone to put up with this place. I recommend do not move here, keep looking elsewhere.
