This place is a disorganized dump! For more than 6 month the bloody gate is malfunctioning - no attempt of repairing the thing. The piles of trash around the dumpster is sometimes higher and smellier than the dumpster itself. The helpless attempts of the management to cover their incompetence is expressed in postings like "Smoking Crack" or "GREAT STAFF, LOVE MY TOWNHOME!" Or who else would create postings where features of the apartment are listed like on the Villas of Bristol Heights web site.
