The first year we lived here, it was BEYOND heavenly! Liz was the most amazing manager in the world. Since MBS took over, which everyone that knows them calls them Major B.S., they have truly showed how completely awful management can be. Since they took over, people have been moving out in DROVES!! We still love it here for the interior alone, it cannot be beat. We thought we'd live here for at LEAST 5 years, but it truly is hard to fathom throwing your money away to the jerk faces at MBS that thrive on trying to constantly get new customers and treat all the current ones like garbage. The people in the office are ALWAYS changing, and the hide out in the back and it takes awhile for anyone to come out to the endless complaints from all the residents. I know all the mantenience men, they'll be the first to tell you that MBS will not give them the money to fix things that need to be fixed, they are the cheapest most evil management I've ever heard of. It truly is an Utter shame what they've done here. I still think it's the prettiest complex in Austin, but none of the amentities are kept up with, and you better hope nothing ever breaks down in your apartment, or you'll be in a month long battle to get it fixed by the office. They in no way care about your business, and will do nothing to make you feel appreciated. They actually have a book full of lies in the front office, listing "parties", "Brunches", etc. they've had for the residents- all lies! They have not done ONE thing for the residents since they took over. I guess they're having private parties for the employees only or something with the petticash, they've never done anything! I have yet to meet a resident here to say ONE positive thing about the management, I actually have 2 different friends here that actually have LAWSUITS in about the awful things they've done here. Rent here for the interior, but no you'll get super screwed on rent price, amentities, and treated like crap from the office once you live here and sign the lease. God bless!
