I went there yesterday, Saturday 4/22 to look at a one bedroom. They did not have any models to show and this is an instant turn off for me. I won't rent from a property that doesn't have units to show.

The gentleman working was very sweet and laid back. It took me a few minutes to get used to him since I had just come from Oakwood Austin at Cross Park where they were very professional and friendly.

They did have a really nice movie room, workout room and computer room although the Internet service was down. Signs on the two computers said they were looking for a better ISP. How long does that take' Most people can find a good ISP in what, a day'

They were stupidly expensive for the smallest one bedroom. $770 for lower level and $826 for the second level. ''' NORMALLY, the upstairs units are CHEAPER than the downstairs units. That along with the number of minorities in the swimming pool made me definitely decide to not give this place a second thought at all.

Since I was only looking, I cannot rate this apartment on the items listed on this website. I guess it's try at your own risk.

It's sad that racism still goes on in the US. I didn't know minorities still had to be separate from other people. I wouldn't want anyone with that kind of attitude living by me.
