This is a nice quiet complex to live in but these are some problems that I have encountered.

1. Garbage could look better but people too lazy to walk up 3 sets of stairs to throw in disposal.
2. The awnsering service at night sucks. They will tell that having someone come look at your a/c in the middle of the night is high risk. Well so was sleeping in 80-90 degree weather.
3. You have no other choice but to use their sateltite provider which does not offer normal programing options. Ex HI DEF CONFIGURATION
4.You can forget about trying to have a nice weekend with your family at the pool. It gets very GHETTO with people coming to swim that do not live in the complex.
5.Groundsperson BOBBY does a great job taking care of the community but leave it to some people to leave huge masses of their dog ---- all over the well taken care lawn.
