Honestly, I thought it was a great location, quiet and not too far from a nice shopping community. Two nice gyms are being built not too far. The staff were all very helpful and nice, at least to me. I guess it all depends on who you are, and that is anywhere you go. I never heard any of my neighbors, so the walls had to have been pretty thick. People were constantly using the barbques during the weekend for gatherings, and that just seemed so wonderful to me. If I didnt move out of state, I would have considered living here much longer. The pool was vacant most of the time, that only meant more private time. The only thing I did not like was the trash build up during the weekend near the trash compactor, however nothing is perfect, and that would be the fault of the residents.. because three days out of the week, the nice man comes around and will pick up the trash right outside of your door step if everyone would just wait until then, and not pile it up. But anyhow, you would have to check out the place yourself. I was in a very large two bedroom... so I guess I was spoiled... it had a garage... so I didnt see any of the other apartments or thier sizes. I really liked living at the Villas of Bristol Heights, and If I moved back to Austin I would move back there. :)
