ive lived in alot of crappy places, but so far i like this one. i got an unbelievable good deal on this place and so far it seems really nice, quiet, and safe. my neighbors are friendly and the only noise i hear are footsteps upstairs, but you hear that anywhere... my only complaints are that people dont pick up there pet's poop. thats not management's fault! i had the hot water go out and a cabinet door had a broken hinge, but guess what' fixed in like 2 hrs! now THATS service! i'd never pay the market rent ($800), but if you can get a deal, move here!
