If you're tempted to rent an apartment at the Villas of Bristol Heights in Austin, think again.

I've had numerous conversations with the constantly changing management here about the parking situation and nothing changes. There is a parking space 15' in front of my apartment but more often than not, someone else is parked there.

Parking elsewhere is taking a chance because I've had gum stuck to the top of my pick up and my pick up has been spit on because I parked someplace other than in front of my apartment.

One morning after being blocked in by a double-parked vehicle, as I was 40 minutes late for work, I was told by the after hours answering service that I could call a towing service and pay for it out of my own pocket if I wanted the vehicle moved so I could go to work.

There are people staying at the Villas of Bristol Heights sharing apartments that have 3 or 4 vehicles. These they spread around the complex so there is no place left to park. Then there are those that have garages, but fill them with crap and park their vehicles in front of the apartments that don't have garages.

There is also a rotten ceiling at the entry way in my apartment that has not been fixed since I moved in this January. That is the least of my worries if I can find a safe place to park my pick up and I am able to leave for work on time.

I eventually asked a few people who were parking in front of my apartment if they could park in front of their own apartment so I could use the space in front of my door and it seems like every white trash low life in the city of Austin lives here because of the way they respond to a sensible question. I guess being inconsiderate to your neighbors is the norm here and the day I leave here is going to be one of my better days. Why should living here seem like serving time'

I am glad that my company is transferring me this month because I'm sick of the irresponsible management and lack of response when something needs to be addressed at Villas of Bristol Heights.
