I previously wrote the review of looks are deceiving. I am still moving out next month only because my rent will go up and I don't think that is a good move for the new management considering that they need to improve quite a bit. Since they have been here the trash is no longer an issue. They put out a notice that would charge $25 a bag to people who left trash outside of the dumpster and outside the apts on days trash wasn't picked up. Now you see maybe a couple of bags at the most. Parking is still a problem though. Noise on the weekend is not. I took my issue to them immediately and have not heard much noise at all anymore. Things have done a complete 180 thanks to the new management.
