Bristol Heights look like a very nice upscale apartment homes but their good looks are deceiving. After living here a year I can not wait to move out. The first management was horrible and so is the new management! They are rude but most of all they are not professional. It takes them weeks to get anything done. They screwed me the entire time I lived here. First they scammed me into signing a lease and paying 1st months rent before I saw the apt,so the apt. I thought I was getting from their model apt. was not even close but very much smaller! My hot water in my bathroom didn't work when I moved in and it took three weeks to get it fixed. Carpet Stains when I moved in that they never cleaned. Also I didn't get a water bill for months then they billed me with one huge amount! Half of the machines are broken in the gym. They didn't give me an access code or card until 6 months after I was living their and it took 3times to finally get the code to the pool because every time I asked the staff were confused and didn't know something so simple. Also their are some very dirty people living here.

| Dear Bristol Heights resident. I am sorry to hear that your stay at Bristol Heights has not been pleasant. Since Venterra purchased this property in July, we immediately took action to improve the community and so as to ensure our residents are living well. Our fitness center has had some upgrades, the parking lot has been seal coated, the perimeter fence has been completed, and the entire community is undergoing an exterior paint job which is scheduled for completion whithin the next couple of months. I welcome you to set up a time to meet with me and discuss any concerns. | |

What the manager is failing to point out is the fact that parking was suppose to be under control by now (a flyer sent to residents stating we would all get parking decals after 10/31/2008, which never happened) that was another lie from this apartment complex. The gate has almost NEVER worked and when asked about it, the response is that they are seeking bids to get the board replaced. Ok the gate's been broke for years, why don't you replace it with a gate that doesn't require obtaining bids (which takes months) and put a new gate in, seriously other apt complexes have figured this one out, why can't you guys. That's great that you spend all the time and money making the property look fancy (paint and a new sealant for parking) but neglect to fix the real day to day issues with your complex, such as parking, noise complaints, dog poop everywhere, the list goes on. Take it from someone who use to live there, this place is getting worse by the day. Take others advice and run from this place as fast as you can.
