I totally agree it has turned into the GHETTO!!! I am counting the days until my lease is up so I can get out! When I first moved in here it was nice. Then they changed management companies to Venterra. Venterra has made improvements in the way the property LOOKS but they are chasing all the good tenants away by renting to anyone. When I drive through the property to get to my apartment, especially on Friday and Saturday night, I have to drive through a sea of thugs loitering at the front gate. They won't even move out of the way to let you through. I have seen cops on the property several times in the past few months. Luckily, I have a garage so I don't have to worry about anyone breaking into my car but I wonder how many peoples apartments will be broken into while they are at work' Save yourself the hassle and rent somewhere else. It is so not worth it!
