I absolutly HATE it!!!!!

The new staff us extreamly rude, they "DON'T KNOW", they always have to ask the manager Shawn...he's never in the office! Veronica..."Assistant Manager" doesn't know anything either, if a fire started and you called the office she would say, "I am not sure,you will have to call back to talk to the manager" They are all stupid! I heard gun shots on Sunday, the police were out there, then the crime sceen unit, then the forensic van showed up. they were all there until 2am! I cannot let my children go outside to play, ride bikes, and even when I walk outsideto my car I feel like I have to hold on to then with a leash. The cars drive by so fast...management told me, "Are you going to provide the money for nspeedbumps' Our company will see about it, but we cannot guarentee that you will have them up anytime soon" What the hell' My apartment was not clean when I moved in, hair in the cabinets, drawers, filthy carpets etc... I will not renew my lease, they are a tax credit property. For those of you that do not know what that is, it's a property that goes by certain income restrictions, if you qualify then you pay a less ammount of rent! GREAT! Thats what I thought, the people are GHETTO extreamly rude, cars have been broken into, the first night that I moved in I saw a kid steal a bike from someones patio. Please don't move here unless your times are rough! The rent is great, but the trouble of the area is so not worth it, especially for children, and adults that have left that type of life back at 15.
