I have been living at the Villas of Cordoba for about 2 years. I will admit that there has been several staff changes, but they have appeared to get better with time. The current staff is very polite and always professional. They make it a point to make you feel at home. Though it is taking time for the damages from my fellow residents to repaired I have already seen a major improvement in the property. It is frustrating to know that there are those who complain about the things that are wrong when they are the ones creating the problems. How can you say that the property is run down because of the staff in the office. It is the responsibility of, us, the residents to make sure the area that we live in is well maintained. How can we expect the management to continue dishing out money on the very same things that WE continue to break. I say we because I too am a resident and have witnessed my neighbors and there children constantly disregarding the cosmetic appearance of the property. All I can say is that I am beginning to remember why I moved over here in the first place thanks to the new management. Things are looking better and better at Cordoba!!!!!
