Bugs galore, absolutely terrible maintainence, rude staff, scare tactics to get money they feel is due to them....terrible kids running around, and no parking

First to start off, it took them 6 weeks to approve our application to move in, and would NEVER have a unit available to show us so that we knew what we would possibly be moving in to. When we moved in, it was clear that they didn't even bother to clean the apartment after the previous tenant left. We were there for nearly 6 months before maintainence finally fixed anything, and that was after many requests and finally breaking down in their office. We asked them to spray for ants and other bugs lurking around. They never actually did, and said they did. Having lived enough bad places, I know how to tell if a place has been sprayed.
They send us eviction notices over every little thing. We asked them and they told us that we were never actually in eviction status, that is just the form they send out. One of the times was because they applied our rent check to another unit because my penmanship was too sloppy and they were too lazy to look at the name on the check!!
The gate is always broken and the pool is hardly ever clean and almost always locked, which is the only way to get to the mail box short of driving out and around.
This is by far the worst place ever!!!
