It's nice being only a block from campus and new, but those are the only good things about this place. It is extremely noisy, especially if you have a unit that faces the courtyard which echoes with the shouts of drunken college folk at 3am on a tuesday night. The walls are also paper thin, so you can hear your neighbor's phone conversations as if they were in the room with you. The staff... well they're OK, but can be really pushy in trying to coerce you into leasing your place for the NEXT year a week after you move in. They also have no qualms about entering your apartment at any time without warning to show it to some new prospective resident. Also, the place can get really trashy, literally... people leave their trash out to be picked up... but they don't always come by to pick it up, so trash sometimes fills the hallways.
