But this place is very poorly put together. The doorknob on my front door was loose, never fixed. Our dishwasher was popping out of its setting, took 3 months to fix. Our bathtub was disgusting when we moved in. Upon moveout they give you this ridiculous cleaning list to do and threaten with fines, but the place was horribly dirty when I moved in - my socks turned black the first two weeks I lived there just from walking around inside.

People that live here are garbage - popped collars, smug attitude, not friendly. If you're a tool then this is the place for you.

Wall and floors are paper thing, you can hear everything. Tile floor don't help the noise problem, nor did the constant parties.

The parking garage is a freakin nightmare. 2/3 of the spots are for small cars only, but small cars park in normal spots which left me SOL. And the arrogant people who live here seem to have difficulty parking between lines as is.

This place has three positives. 1)The office, which has 4 computers with internet and printer for your use. 2) It's a very secure place, with big iron gates and swipe card entrance. 3) Great location. It's very close to campus, 12 minutes to Speedway&DK walk, 5 minute bike.

I was able to get a special deal beacue I moved in as a Katrina evacuee, so I can't complain about what I paid for rent. But from what I understand the normal rent is like $900 per month minimum, which you are a fool is you pay that much. Not worth it at all!
