I've lived here for a year already and I like it here, my roommate and I actually renewed for another year. I have a few friends that live here too and there's only one person I know who lives next to a loud guy. I've had a few things break but they've fixed in like a day or two - no big deal for me.

I love laying out by the pool and the crawfish boil was kinda cool.

We live here b/c it's pretty nice and super close. It does get a little loud every now and then but I've been to parties at all the other places and they get crazy too.

This vapid, meaningless review was obviously written by someone AT the villas. This place is LOUD, as in deafeningly loud, and I don't know about the "other places" but when I go over to my friends' to sleep I don't have problems there. There are nicer, newer, and better apartments actually IN west campus with a whole lot less cars broken into, etc. It's where my and most of my sorority sisters live. The Villas are ------ and can kiss my ass! And the office staff are some of the most snobby, inconsiderate, and bored people on the face of the earth. No one would give them 4/5... NO ONE.

Yeah, interestingly enough before the above review (which sounds EXACTLY like the promo they give on their website, down to the Crawfish broil they're so proud of) they had a 9% rating . . . now I see it's up to 17%. OBVIOUSLY written by the management. Oh, and for ANY review on here that mentions their "activities", NO ONE GOES TO THOSE EXCEPT THE MANAGEMENT AND THE EMPLOYEES. Literally. I've seen a total of like 3 people at those. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS THAT MENTION ACTIVITIES!

LOL there's no way anyone that lived at the Villas wrote that, they are desperate to get ppl to fill there units for the coming semester because 1.)No one wants to renew their lease after this year's blatant rip-off. 2.) I'm sure apartments hunters are reading all these bad reviews about the Villas and hearing the horror stories by word of mouth. 3.) They actually thought they could increase rent by 100 dollars and still fill thier units after treating thier tenants like crap. Guess image and advertising can't carry a business forever. Eventually you'll need some substance and quality service to stick around.
