I currently live here and I will be renewing my lease. Yes its loud but we live like two blocks from campus and the property is full of college kids what do you expect. The staff isn't great but what do expect from college kids. Most of the people who are complaining are spoiled little rich kids who probbaly have mommy and daddy do everything for them or a butler. If your light bulb goes out replace it yourself! Staff will pay more attention to important thing first. But overall things are not that bad. Just now anybody can write a review, competeting apartments dissgruntled residents, or even pissed off ex-employees. So I wouldn't pay too much attention to what people have to say. The only reason I'm writing this is to tell the other side of the story.

Well, I don't know about you, but it's NOT a "typical college apartment" where the staff makes you move your cars out of the garage so they can throw a party and charge you to get in, leaves the garage gates wide open resulting in damaged cars and stolen property, and a complex that tries to screw you over when you move out by charging you $200 to vacuum the carpet in ONE bedroom. Try living somewhere else and you'll realize just how crappy the Villas really are.
