I loved these apartments. The management was always super nice and helpful. I love Kim, she's a wonderful manager. We just moved out and wouldn't have left if it wasn't for the location. Oak hill traffic sucks, but if the area works for you then I'd definitly give it a chance. I found the place to be very quiet. People can be noisy on occasion, but that's apartment life for you. There are lots of familys there as well as young working people as well. Definitly not a "party complex". They have a nice pool and I never had any issues with parking. Super nice apartments, very safe.

I completely agree with this assessment. I have lived here for 1 year and just renewed. I think the management team is the most seasoned, experienced & helpful management team of any apartment complex I've ever lived in. Had a broken garbage disposal - it was replaced immediately. I like that it is quiet and seems safe and that it is not a "party" complex. My apartment is large, clean and the rent is reasonable.
