My husband and I absolutely love it here. The leasing consultant we worked with was extremely nice and helpful, answering all of our questions. (Miranda) The Manager is also very nice and has a great sense of humor...you've got to appreciate that!! The grounds are beautiful with the exception of occational dog poop. They have basketball courts, which my husband and son love, and the pool is always clean. The fitness center is small, but I have always been the only one in there, which is nice. (I go every day) They have a "Care Team" which do a fantastic job at having activities for the residents. Coleen, (who she and her husband are the Care Team) is the sweetest lady. Her daughter and my daughter love to play together on the playscape. The apartments themselves are really nice. We have a 3/2, and it's huge! I have no problems with loud neighbors. I do hear the people above us walking a lot, but what are they supposed to do' Float' You have to remember that it isn't as good quality as a house, and that goes for any apartment complex. I do have to agree with a previous commenter...I love the new HEB. It's the nicest one I've seen in Austin. It's unbelievable very large! And all those shops going in along the strip next to it...you barely have to drive anywhere to get what you need. We walk to the Wendy's all the time. I have nothing bad to say about this place. We love it here, and recommend it to all of our friends looking for apartments. Oh, and if you refer someone and they move in, you get $200.00 off your next months rent!!! I think that's awesome!
