If you like $600.00 electric bills you are gonna love this place.
That is what our first electric bill was and we have played a never ending game of maybe it is this, maybe it is that...and still no answers.
The office staff constantly lies about "getting right on this" and the problems still exist.
You would have to point a gun at my head before I would recommend this apartment project to anyone for any reaso

This complex is not with city of austin electric,they are with PEC. Membership is $100. Maybe you got a higher bill due to how many rooms you have. I dwell in a 2bd & paid $100 membership fee 1rst month rent totaling around $150. now monthly if paid ontime I look at $80-$100. maybe you haven't paid on time & the PEC place, not the apts problem,charges late fees. I am sorry about the problems but the PEC does allow payment plans, or hilltop ministries helps with electric bills. Again it depends on if you get a 1,2,or 3 bedroom apartment. if you're on the 3rd floor it's higher. I lived at international residence& that place for a townhouse was high, 2bed. we paid $300 about & this is cheaper!
