Have you heard about the new manager' She is doing amazing things. I have never met someone so caring. Call and find out yourself. I heard on the radio what they were doing to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Not to mention she is really cleaning up the place. I don't understand why people complain, she didn't build the buildings... She is better then anyone else we have had here, and I have been here for 3 years. I have seen her car here before I leave for work and late and the evenings. I can tell she is trying to make a difference. Take your electric bill up the the electric company! Don't run this manager off.

A review should not have the ability to run off management. True the electric bill needs to be taken up with the electric company, but due to poor insulation, cracked windows, and several other problems it could increase a bill. And I know that the Air Conditioners with some units are running constantly. We are a TAX CREDIT HOUSING DEVELOPEMENT, FEMA is paying for these tennants. ORION Real Estate, nor Jessica Beck are doing this for free. Which takes the act of kindness out this situation. FEMA is paying for a full year, which insures the property has paying tennants for a year. So altogether there are motives. And lets not start about the college aged enviorment that is being focused on with ROCK VOLLENTE, which was ridiculous. So if you enjoy after hours drinking this might be the housoing complex for you. I prefer a community that focuses on bring us together, which was how it was previously (MIKE AND CHARITY). They brought a Spa to the club house for valentines day and mother's day. A family type enviorment, and just caring people.
