i just want to inform people who may consider living in VolenteVillas.
I had heard rummors from neighbors that when you vaccuum your carpet , stains will just appear.
I didnt believe that until I vacuumed.
Every time i vacuum the same thing- more stains appear! The a/c units are so old that just running your a/c is going to cost you triple a normal electric bill.
The manager is very rude,as well as the office staff.
They are no help at all and when you ask questions you get rude remarks and a stuck up attitude.
I was informed by a resident that he is convicted murderer and spent 30 years in prison.
Not just one murder, several.
I don't feel that this is a safe community.
There are several ex gang members living here.
There are drugs all over this apartment complex.
I have been approached and asked if I was looking for crack/cocaine.
Nothing is kept up with, everything looks nice, until you move in.
They dont change out carpet that have over 20 holes in it.
they dont replace anything that breaks-unless its the A/C.
The a/c units tend to go out alot.
I would definetly say this apartment complex is filled with low income trouble makers, and drugs.
The management is THE WORST i have ever experienced.
VERY RUDE! They could care less about anyone and anything except thier money.

This place sounds really ghetto. I am moving to Austin in August from Clear Lake and looking for a place temporarily while we look for a new home. After reading all the horrible ratings I will pass on this nightmare. I guess you get what you pay for.

I live at Volente Villas and experience nothing the above author is experiencing. The grounds are beautiful, the office staff is professional, my maintenance request are completed same day or by the next day. I have not seen or heard of any drug activity or dealers on this property. Evidently, some authors use this forum to complain about Property Management Companies who are only doing their jobs and doing it well. See you at the pool!

I moved away from the apartments due to the same complaints. And I guess to each there own, but in my experience there was drug activity. And police were at the complex all the time for domestic violence, drug related activity!!! And That IS MY Experience. So to the HAPPY AT VOLENTE, I'm seriously glad you haven't experienced the same problems. And you mean to say the pool is open this year...Cause It was closed most of last year, Due to people throwing chairs in, and a woman falling into the pool! Sincerly, NOT HAPPY WITH VOLENTE, THAT's WHY WE MOVED |

happyatvolente? lol, must be the owner because anyone who would say there is no drug activity must either be the owner or they're smoking some pretty good stuff themselves..
