This is just a fair warning to any and all who are interested in Volente Villas; think twice and do your research before you get stuck in a lease. I lived there for a year and a half and started having problems after a week. The apartments are hugely overpriced,everything falls apart, nothing gets fixed, and when you complain to the office, you have a incredibly rude manager giving you even more problems. The assistant manager's boyfriend sells drugs to the maintenance man and other residents while on the grounds. And the new manager is the rudest and biggest ----- I have ever meet. Just call the Austin Tenant's Council; they know exactly who these people are and the problems her, and the only way to get anyhting accopmlished is to cpmplain the the corporate office, Orbrion Property Management.

I THINK THAT WHO EVER WROTE THE FOLLOWING INSERT IS FULL OF ----. THE INFORMATION THAT YOU WROTE WAS IS FALSE STATEMENT AND IF FOUND OUT YOU WHILE BE SUED FOR SLANDER. SO MAYBE THAT WHY YOU MADE YOUR SELF UNKNOWN. IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM WITH MANAGEMENT THAT WAS ON YOU OR MAYBE THE ACTIVITES THAT YOU WERE DOING ON PROPERTY. MANAGEMENT STAFF CHANGED AT THE END OF SUMMER SO YOUR STATEMENTS ARE ALL FALSE. AND MAYBE THERE IS A REASON WHY YOU ARE NO LONGER THERE YOU WERE EVICETED OR FORCED OUT FOR NOT ABIDING BY THE COMMUNITY POLICIES. SO DONT PUT OUT IN ACCURATE INFORMATION THAT WILL COME BACK TO YOU WITH ALL THESE FALSE STATEMENTS IF YOU HAVENT TALK WITH THE POLICE THEN YOU KNOW THE YOUR STATEMENTS ARENT TRUE. AND ANYWAYS NO ONE FROM MANAGEMENT LIVES ON PROPERTY. SO NOW WHAT YOU DUMB -----.
