I have lived at Volente Villas for nearly 3 years. Recently a new staff stepped in, and I must say they really know how to take care of their community. It's a whole new crew with a great attitude to serve! I'm renewing my lease. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

-------- ,very dumb managment that know nothing about the tenant counsel an must not care much about there job ,the manager SHE is to stuck trying to feel high an mighty ,by taking peoples property while not home an getting off duty police that stay at the property to just be beside her, very illegal an if you think your going to get away with it you got legal problems going pretty soon it, is a tax credit property an you can not take peoples belonging like plasma tv,s an so on ..what goes around comes around ,legal action are in process

This seems like two very different opinions on the new staff. Perhaps the responder is the one who's stuff got taken. In which case I am sure that the management made sure they were doing everything within the legal boundries. If you don't pay your rent and are evicted. They have the right to detain property of value to compensate for money lost. Many rights are forfeited when people elect not to pay their rent. Perhaps more people should read the entire lease agreement before signing. I always do.

WOW! these comments praising the staff at volente villas (or amberley ridge) must be coming from someone within management. They are ridiculously unorganized, rude, and careless. The place is drug infested and really intended for nothing but LOW LOW LOW income families and Katrina refugees, not for anyone who has the money to live elsewhere.

Management must be pretty dim to think that anyone would read this post and not realize it's just a pump job by the managers. Everything is just wonderful. After reading the other real reviews this one stands out like a daisy in a pile of horse manure.
