The maintanance is responsive and has fixed everything I have had a problem with so far. The walls between most apartments are enforced with cinderblock so the noise is fairly minimal. The pool is kept clean and most of the apartments have brand new carpeting and apppliances. The location is great, much nicer looking than west campus but still very close to UT. The only thing I have had a problem with is parking, it seems like there are more tenants than spaces, sometimes I am forced to park on the street. Overall I would reccomend this place.
