Maintenance at Voyageurs is terrible. It takes long periods of time to fix basic necessities. I know that I have not been the only resident to have this problem - two other residents living at the complex during this time have told me about serious leaks in their apartments that have gone unrepaired. I have been told on more than one occasion that "managment is changing" or "has changed" and things will be better - and I have learned not to believe it. They moved offices, and I had to track them down - they moved into a car repair shop in South Austin. They have moved again since but have not given any residents their new address. Please do not move in here. I know that it is close to campus, and landlords near campus are never good. But this one is especially bad. As for the grounds - the city health authority had to shut down their pool over the summer, so don't move here because you think you can swim. The pool was varying shades of green during the spring. North campus is a nice, quiet neighborhood, but find a different complex.
