The Bad - cramped floorplans that look interesting but hard to fit furniture in - fireplace is where TV should be; 360 traffic sucks and is only getting worse, so the location is not convenient at all - nothing around in less than a 5 minute drive; my apartment is above my 2 neighbor's garages, so it wakes me up when they come or go early/late; management SCAMS you on the "Specials" by telling you the rent is one thing then tweaking the contract so that it's really something else; move-out penalties are INSANE - I needed to move out about 6 months in for personal emergency and was willing to replace myself and pay some penalties, but they wanted about $3000 to let me move out, even though they originally offered me a 6 month lease - once I signed it they could care less about me; the only phone jack outside of the bedroom is in a totally retarded place in the kitchen - not at all where I want my wireless router to be sitting, AND there isn't even a power outlet next to it for phones/answering machines/routers etc - DUH; very minimal cabinet, laughable pantry that's about 10" wide; bathroom is super cramped; flourescent light in kitchen hums SUPER LOUD.

The Good - very nice construction, awesome fireplace, plenty of windows, track lighting in living room, good sized closet, gas heater for water, attached garage, friendly neighbors, relatively quiet, vaulted ceilings, built-in bookshelves, not your typical box-apartment.

Overall - ok for people who work nearby on 360 or don't mind a stop-and-go commute and can find a way to live with the floorplan. Great for cyclists or others outdoorists who want access to 360/2222 and nearby Bull Creek. Or Buddhists who want to go to the temple right next door on a daily basis.
