I feel that the apartments themselves are over priced but worth it due to the beautiful area. Also, I've never had a problem with parking near my apartment, extremely quiet complex, all tenants are very respectful, mature and kind to eachother. Not loud students or rowdy, trashy people. No bug problem, great floor plan. The leasing lady is clueless and you can not trust that she will remember your request or know how to handle issues, so always stay on top of things your self. I feel that they should upgrade the appliances, re-train office staff, change flooring to wood, since all of us tenants pay way more than the actual apartment is worth! However, pool is always clean, they have two bbq grills and reasonable price for the location and included GARAGE! Master bedroom is always a different temperature than the rest of the rooms, always hotter or colder. Something is wrong with their ac/heater unit pipes. (older complex)
