There's lots to be said for this place. Many of the best things about it are not immediately apparent. It's unbelievably energy efficient. Even in the worst summers, my electricity bill is under $100 for a 1000 sq. ft apt., and I like it cold. Great floor plans, garages are direct access, lots of extra storage space in the ground floor units, Location is also great I can get to any place in town in about 25 minutes.
