Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
plenty of security! (austin police are every were!)
plenty of community games (always a nice dice game going on!)
plenty of parking (being that almost no one owns a car)
lovely playground for kids if the fix some of the holes in the playscape
will say the management is nice tho !
