It leaks everytime it rains!

I've asked them to fix my window 3-4 times since I moved here in January and it just keeps getting worse. Now it's gushing water from the top, the wall is growing mold and the carpet will need to be replaced! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
