This apartment complex has its ups and downs. The maintenance is extremely nice but slow to get to the job. It took a month to get our air conditioning fixed. The office staff are always nice. Laura helped me out with any problems.
There is a lot of theft problems here, I am a victim myself. Make sure that you take EVERYTHING out of your car that is worth money. They had cops patrol the area every now and then. We never experienced problems with noise or lots of parties. the grounds are kept nice except for a lot of dog poo, and the pool and hot tub are great. When they turn off water for maintenence, they will give a notice for turning it off at a certain time, but actually turn it off at a different time or not at all. For my first apartment I thought that it worked out okay.
