I am currently living here in a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apt. I have the smallest floorplan which is what I wanted. The only thing I dont like is that the maintenance doesnt leave notes when they have netered your apartment. This happened after I requested to have the air fixed. They fixed it right away with 24 hour maintenance but I would l ike to have some type of documentation. I can't stand living on the first floor!!! Please live on the second or third floor here!! There are GHECKOS on the balcony because that is where your free stackable washer and dryer is if you have the small 1 bed/1 bath floorplan. And inside the storage there can be small spiders, waterbugs, centipedes, etc. I just bought some bug spray whenever I have to wash clothes. My rent is $417.00 so it is cool (at least I have a washer/dryer included). The walls are thin--floor is thin too--my neighbors upstairs get on my last nerves. This is my !st apartment living by myself so I can do better in future apartments. Not so bad for people not scared of GHECKOS and little bugs that may come in your apartment after it rains really hard!!! Live on the 2nd floor if you stay here. Nice quiet area though.

walls are paper thin. you can hear both of the neighbors televisions and when the person upstairs walks across the room, it sound like they are herding cattle and my cieling fan shakes. you can really hear everything that the neighbors are doing, which room they are in, such as taking a shower, doing the dishes, ect... and by the way the rent went up to $550.00 : not worth it, stay away!
