I just renewed my lease here. I love it. I've been here since April, and I haven't had any problems. I have had problems in my apartment, very minor, but the maintance guys fixed it within a day or two. They have always left a note, letting me know they had been their. Whenever they are going to shut off the water, they put a note on your door. I'm always at work when they shut it off, so I never have a problem with the water being off. And it's only off for a few hours. Everyone that works here, are very very nice. I don't have a problem with drug dealers, if I smelt the ----, I would probably be hanging out in that apartment too. I'm a single female, and I live here by myself. I carry peperspray with me when I walk my dog at night, but thats just cause I'm little white girl, and it's night time. I am very happy with this place. If you want to live off Metric for a reasonable price, and very nice staff, witch is very important, this is the place to live.
