Well, summary- dishwasher doesn't work at all, makes a slamming noise so it can only be turned on around afternoon time. Fridge drips water everywhere and ices up inside even though we told management and theyhad a guy adjust it three times, they say "it's fine". Washing machine makes a hugh slamming noise no matter how we make the clothes, dryer is the only thing that works in the apartment. I have been to other apartments and most of them are the same as mine and most of the other tenants back that up. They are really sneaky also as far as management, there is a 60 days lease termination which no one talks about, no notice, etc. Even though the manager states she went over it, well maybe with one quick word, and then went on to the next part while explaining the lease contract. Same goes with first months rent, they say $75 is a non returnable fee and the rest is a deposit but they keep all the money, so it shouldn't be called a deposit in my opinion (they tell you this after you sign the lease). I paid $699/month for the larger 2/2 AND received 1 whole month free (on an 8 month contract) and it was still not worth it. If you can get $600/month with at least 1 free month on an 8-12 month contract that MIGHT make it more worth it. Otherwise my suggestion is not to live here, take my advice. Stay away from this place or you won't get any sleep since there are people making noises at night and the darn metric traffic is insane. Honking, screeches, people, loud exhausts and cars racing by. I can hear it in my sleep throughout the night and in the morning. There is alot more to list but you probably get the point. One plus, management is really nice until about 2 months before you leave and they find out you did not want to re-sign another lease. Then they rely on the 60 lease termination I was talking about. If you do not go to the office on the 1st of the month (60 days) before your lease ends, they will automatically renewit month-to-month so expect to pay for everyday past your lease contract even though, you might move out a week before your lease ends... x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

That's with every apartment honey. This shouldn't be news to anyone if they have signed a lease in Austin before. And yeah, read what your signing for.....
