The maintenance men and their buddies sexually harass people. And they only fix things quickly if they might get a chance to catch you in the shower. They set your apartment on fire. And then make you pay the bills and damages. The management is terrible, and RACIST! your car gets broken into, the staff gets drunk at the swimming pool, they're infested with cockroaches and spiders and lizards and mosquitoes!!!!!!

P.S. don't give them your phone number, or the maintenance man will keep calling you!!!! even when you move away!!!!

Yes, the maintenance men are perverts, and the property manager is rude. She is friends with her supervisor too, so dont think compaining to her will do you any good.

Maintenance has changed and they are very polite non perverted guys. They do not start fire that is absolutely ridiculous. I have never had any issues with management.... although they do drink at property pool parties. And bugs are normally only an issue if you're a pig.... also if you call the office they have the bug folks come out within a week.
