I have had problems with this complex from the time that I have moved in. My neighbor above me has band practice several times a week and has caused the walls to shake so bad that my pictures have fallen off of the wall and broken. This neighbor has kept my 2 year old son up for several nights in a row because of all of the noise. I have contacted management and they have done nothing about it since he works for the company. The problems that I have had with the complex had gotten so bad that I decided to break my lease and move to a better apt. After all of my stuff had already been out of the apt for a week, I went back for some last minute items whenever I found a large wet spot in the middle of my hallway. Management told me that it was from me not closing the washer faucet all the way and that I would have to pay to have all of the water extracted. I decided to hire a plumber since their story didn't make sense and the plumber informed me that there was no way that this was my fault since the faucet was faulty and couldn't be shut all the way. Management had also made a comment that they have had several residents flood their apt and that they had charged them for it. So who knows how many residents they have charged for this even though it was the apartments fault.
