I've lived in many apartments before and this is the worst of them all. My AC unit is so old and it was just terrible how it run on your electric bill . I have to pay 721 dollars for rent and on top of that my electric bill is 200 dollars cause the air conditioner have to run constantly just to stay at 74 degrees ... 74 , we're not talking about 70 degrees , it 74 . When I talk to the manager she was a total -----, she talk as they were only my problem , she really didn't care . There is a soft spot on the floor in my bathroom cause the ac drip water there , you could be the next person to fall down from the second floor to the first floor cause the floor is about to go. If you don't believe me just drop by and I can show you my electric bill and how this apartment is the scum of this earth. I live in 524 and I do not lie about all this, I hate to see you or your family get in my situation. DON'T sign the contract unless you crazy, thats the bottom line.

I am planning on renting here because it is conveniently located close to work. I really haven't found anything around the area does anyone have any more problems here that I should be aware of before signing anything?

It's ashame what people write when they don't give proper notice to move out and are charged for it.
