This not the best place to live. The management doesn't care about the apartments. You tell them something and they don't listen to you. And they go up on your rent every month. And their excuse is that what you were suppose to sign in the contract. And the assistant manager lives on the property with her six kids. She doesn't make them mind. They scream when they want to. They slam the doors all hours of the day and night. They knock on your doors. Or they will open the door without you answering it. The floors are soft and about to fall thru. The ac has to go all the time to make it cool for you stay in it. My rent for a two bedroom and two bath is $850 amonth. And it was suppose to be 780.00 amonth. My light bill is 262.00 and it shouldn't be. But with the ac like it is, it cost in the long run. The water pressure in the second bathroom is horrible. You can't take a shower because it doesn't put out enough water pressure. The stove is bad as well. You have to cook on 275 to keep from burning you food you cook. The eyes are off level. So That doesn't work properly. So if you can find some where else to live I would. And the Police is in the property every night. Just sitting and watching different Apartments. They have had patrol cars in here at one time. My car window was shot out with a gun. The people upstairs are very rude. They stomp and sound like they are coming thru the floors. And it goes on all night and day. Then people accuse you of hitting their vehicles even when you are no where around them. So please think twice before renting here. I've only been here four months. And it has been horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even a dog. Oh yea, some of the resident here want even pick up their dog job. And you step in it. And the management want even do anything about it. They say it's not their problem. They pick out different resident to give a hard time to and they have their little click that they let in. They claim to do a background check and suppose to be picky about who lives here. I don't believe it. Because some of these people don't look very nice. I could go on about this apartment complex but I will stop. Just be careful where you rent. And don't fall into the trap I did. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I disagree with this misspelled uneducated review. If 1/2 of this were true there would be a lawsuit waiting to happen. I also wonder what this person looks like?!?!? Hmmm. Utilities do seam to run a little more than usual when there is always someone home using electric. Let's take in concideration our lifestyles and misunderstandings before we try to give a bad name to something/someone other than ourselves.

Yeah, it's also really funny how the managment/staff has posted a sarcastic, dismissive comment in response to almost every negative review i've read here. Also funny how they identify themselves as "anonymous". Tip: it's easy to tell that you are employed with this apartment community when you seem to "know" that these tennants "owe thousands of dollars". Hmmm... Do I want to move here after reading all this --------??? How 'bout no... Also, wtf was what someone looks like have to do with anything???? So un-professional... and cowardly as well...

Everyone thinks that they know all about the multi-family housing industry. When in fact they do not have a clue. Every negative comment posted on this website is always from a tenant that was either evicted or moved out owing money. It seems that these people always want to blame management, when in fact it was them that either skipped out on their contract, got evicted, or just left their apartment trashed when they moved out. Now who's fault would that be again?

tstone -- not everyone writing a negative review owes money. I've had a few (albeit minor) issues here myself, but am still a resident. Aside from the noise levels, everything is okay. I just wish they'd take care of the noise violators and resurface the lot.
