I have lived in this complex for a year and a half and have had nothing but problems with the air conditioner. I DO live on the 3rd floor, however, I have lived on the 3rd floor in every complex I've been in and have never had this problem. I complain nonstop but the only thing they ever do (when they FINALLY do something) is add freon and that's it. It doesn't matter what season it is either. The AC never works properly. And it takes at least 2 calls for them to do something about it.
Not only that, most of the office personnel is incredibly rude. As soon as you move in their personality flips from helpful and friendly to incredibly rude, sarcastic and undermining.
When I first moved in we turned in a HUGE list of problems we had with the apartment. One issue is an outlet not working. I asked for it to be fixed....1 1/2 years later, still not fixed.
The courtesy officer doesn't respond on a timely manner either. I've waited 6 hours for him to respond (when he said it would be 45 min.) and ended up calling the cops b/c of an insanely loud party in the building next to mine.
There is ALWAYS glass in the parking lot...always. No one cleans the glass ever. I've gone outside on several occasions and swept the glass aside myself.
Also, the front door frame isn't sealed. When my door is closed and locked I can still see outside around the edges of the door. Of course I've complained about this but again, nothing has been done. This runs my electric bill insanely high.
I would never recommend this place to anyone...if you're looking for a place that has reasonable prices, look elsewhere. It's not worth being treated like a piece of crap.
