I have lived here about 1.5 years (on my second lease); and absolutely love it. The management, maintenance staff and residents are all friendly and helpful. The complex is older but very well maintained. On the few occasions I have needed maintenance, it has been addressed immediately. My utility bills run between $30-70 per month depending on the season. The programmable thermostats are awesome and help you to save money! There is plenty of parking. The trees and landscaping are beautiful There is lots of shade. It is a quiet area (and being so close to ACC I was worried about that). The pool area is exceptional. The complex offers social events, contests, and resident recognition. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for clean, quiet, reasonable priced, and friendly.

This is obviously one of the employees that work in the office. This place is the WORST places I have EVER lived in 33 years!

austinnite28: Its quite obvious you have nothing better to do but continue to worry about who is writing recommendations on this website. Get a life and pay off your balance! It seems that the negative respones always come from those who owe the property money.

Perhaps you have it confused with somewhere else. I live there currently and can honestly say NONE of that is an issue. The pool has leaves in the winter but that is all. I go to the pool several times a week. In almost 2 years I have never seen a cop car in the parking lot. Maybe you are thinking of the complex next door...

Oh, please. The place is atrocious. No one who is just a resident with no other agenda would write such a review. I mean, "the pool area is exceptional"?? Only if you've never seen a pool before in your life. The pool is tiny and full of leaves (I guess that's considered a bonus because of "shade"). The area is quiet? Sure, if you don't mind the occasional mob of cop cars dealing with some kind of "issue" (we get more cop cars than we need because the cop station is up the street; I guess they get bored--I'd like to add that the only time I ever saw someone tased was right next to my building). Or the scumbag friends of the scumbag residents of the gated complex next door parking in your lot and then kicking holes in your fence to get to other complex. Or the noise from the stereos of the scumbag complex next door. Okay, I suppose we can't blame WCC for the scumbags next door, but it's still a reflection on the neighborhood--and on the credibility of that review. And no, I don't owe the property a dime. I lived there for many years out of inertia till it finally got so disgusting that I moved. There's a reason they cost half the price of other places just a block away. You get what you pay for.

I''ve lived here for over 1.5 year... never had a problem expect with apd not coming out. It has it's lfaw just like any other complex the cars on the back wall furthest from metric have been broke into, but in any complex this will happen gated or not. The staff is EXTREMELY kind and get things done. It's not a new property but it's well kept up. And ---- you the pool stays clean I see it off my patio.
